  • Orders can only be shipped when payment is cleared
    We will only process your order when your payment is cleared. Payments via PayPal e-check typically take one week to be cleared.
  • Ship directly from  Warehouses
    Once your order has been submitted, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order before placing it to ensure it is correct. All orders will then send to and dispatched from Herbalife facilities directly.
  • Deliver in 1-3 business days for West Malaysia and 2-7 business days for East Malaysia
    All orders ship on next business day and 98% are delivered within 5 business days via City-link Express. However, we make no guarantee on that, it may take up to 7 business days for your order to arrive.
  • Shipping delay up to 1 business day (Fri-Sun)
    Orders placed on Friday or on weekends might be delayed by up to 1 business day. In another word, there is a chance your order will be dispatched on coming Tuesday instead of Monday.
East Malaysia
For shipments to Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan we offer Poslaju services. Shipping rates will be calculated base on the weight.
International Shipping ships to the international destinations as low as RM20. It usually takes 5-14 days to reach your place.
Business Days 
Monday - Saturday 10am - 7pm, excluding federal holidays within the Malaysia. Standard 3 Day shipping via Skynet/Nationwide/Gdex/Poslaju courier: Orders must be placed by 12pm UTC/GMT Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.

Order Confirmation Email
Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with, you will receive an e-mail that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation e-mail includes your order number (the same number that appeared on our web site after successful submission of an order), the details of the products and corresponding prices, any promotional coupons or eGift Certificates, your ship-to and bill-to information, and the ship method.

We request that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned. Please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed. 
Please Note: If your order is returned to us due to a banned/restricted products policy, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card as follows: You will be refunded the total amount of the order, minus the shipping charge, and 20% of the value of the order, (as a re-stocking fee). We will also subtract any other outside charges coffeearissto has incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.
If the cost to return the product to us is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no credit for the order. If the product(s) is seized by customs, there will be no credit processed for the product(s).
Refunds are not available if you choose Weight Base Shipping as a shipping method and your order is lost. Also, refunds will not be issued until the returned packages are physically in our warehouse.
